At the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance, we are committed to providing valuable services and programs to our members. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, which is why we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible membership or program registrations. If you are not satisfied with a service purchased through our organization, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction. Each request will be reviewed by our support team.
Eligibility for Refunds
Membership Fees
New members may request a full refund of their membership fee within 30 days of enrollment if they have not accessed member-only benefits, attended member events, or used member services.
Program and Workshop Registrations
Registration fees for programs and workshops are refundable if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future program.
Event Tickets
Event ticket purchases are refundable up to 14 days before the event date. After this period, refunds may be issued at our discretion based on circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Membership fees after 30 days or after member benefits have been used
- Event tickets for events that have already occurred
- Sponsorship fees once promotional materials have been distributed
- Custom services that have been rendered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your name, contact information, and details of the purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges and Credits
In some cases, we may offer credit toward future programs or services instead of a cash refund. This will be discussed with you during the refund request process.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have a special circumstance that prevents you from attending an event or using a service, please contact us. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
